A Plant Biologist & product innovator, Jeff has 20+ years experience commercializing award-winning botanical ingredient and product technologies within beauty & nutraceuticals. Led the early growth of Emergen-C® and is co-inventor of 16 patented ingredient technologies. Jeff holds a degree in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University.
YU WEN CHEN, PhD
SCIENCE & COMMERCIALIZATION
Dr. Chen is a 20+ years commercialization expert in B2B & CPG wellness products. A former Amyris, Nestlé & GE leader, she has launched disruptive products across biotech, beauty & nutrition. Dr. Chen holds a Chemical Engineering PhD from University of Cambridge.
SID STOHS, PhD
NUTRITION SCIENCE
Dr. Stohs is a Creighton University Endowed Research Chair & author of over 400 peer-reviewed scientific journal articles. He has presented at 500+ scientific meetings and holds a PhD in Biochemistry from University of Wisconsin.
GEOFFREY BROOKS
TECHNICAL & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
​Geoffrey is a 40+ year experienced Cosmetic Chemist and recognized expert in personal care ingredient development. He founded ingredient firm Brooks Industries and has developed actives found in global brands including Estee Lauder, Avon and P&G. Geoffrey holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of London, Northern Polytechnic.

FORMULATIONS
Angella is a 15+ years experienced Formulation Chemist and recognized clean beauty expert. Led product innovation for leading brands including Bare Escentuals, Yes To and Juice Beauty. She holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Davis.
FIORELLA SOPHIE
BRANDING & DESIGN
​Fiorella specializes in beauty technology & consumer brand design. She has developed branding for multiple skincare lines, including Summer Fridays & Kjaer Weis. Fiorella holds a degree in Fine Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
